«What now, kvar går reisa di?»
After three years, it feels like the right time to open the doors once again for a small exhibition at CYAN MØRKEROMSGALLERI in Oslo.
This exhibition brings together a selection of analogue photographs from ongoing and earlier projects, alongside images that exist beyond the boundaries of a defined series or concept. Some photographs are fragments of longer journeys, others are moments that found their own place through the quiet and often unpredictable process of working with film and light.
For me, analogue photography is not only a way of making images, but also a tactile and contemplative practice — a dialogue between observation, material, time, and the craftsmanship of the darkroom.
If you are curious about photography as a medium, about analogue processes, or about the slow and intimate work of creating images by hand, I would be delighted if you would take some time to visit the exhibition at Trondheimsveien 32.

2025, 11 juni // Collettløkka barnehage i Oslo
„I møte med langsomheten"
I løpet av omtrent to uker tok jeg portrettfotografier av både barn og voksne ved Collettløkka barnehage på Ullevål i Oslo. Jeg arbeidet med et analogt storformatkamera (4×5″) – et verktøy som krever tid, ro og som legger opp til en langsom og ettertenksom arbeidsmåte. Prosjektet var både spennende og lærerikt, og ble avsluttet med en utendørs utstilling i barnehagen.

I min avgangsutstilling „Ingen adgang / Geschlossene Gesellschaft" ser jeg tilbake til en livskrise i 2018 og referer samtidig til Josef Koudelkas bok „Exiles" som ble publisert i 1988.
